2. Non-Refundable Digital & AI Automation Services

✔️ AI automation, software integrations, digital content, and cloud-based services are non-refundable once initiated.
✔️ Due to the cost of AI processing, hosting, computing resources, and software licensing, we cannot issue refunds for services rendered.
✔️ Clients are required to approve and sign off on each phase of a service project before proceeding, ensuring mutual agreement at every stage.
✔️ If a client terminates a project mid-way, they are responsible for all costs incurred up to that point.

🚨 Refunds will NOT be issued for the following:
❌ AI-powered automation services once processing has begun.
❌ Digital deliverables, including software integrations and AI-generated outputs.
❌ Hosting, subscription-based services, or third-party software costs.
❌ Custom AI model development, prompt engineering, or chatbot fine-tuning.

3. Refunds for Physical Products (If Applicable)

✔️ If you purchase a physical product from Zoom Tech Industries, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt.
✔️ Returns must meet the following conditions:

• The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

• The item is not a custom-made or personalized product.

🚨 The following items are NOT eligible for returns:
