Elite8AI Returns & Refunds Policy

At Elite8AI, we are committed to delivering thoughtful, customized services that reflect the depth of our expertise, time, and energy. Because most of our offerings involve bespoke digital services, consulting, AI automation, and media production, our refund and cancellation policies are crafted to protect both you, the client, and us, the service provider, in full compliance with Iowa and U.S. law.
1. Service Refunds (Non-Tangible/Custom Work)
Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun. However, we are fair and transparent:
Clients may cancel a project at any time by submitting written notice to unlock@elite8ai.com.
If a project is canceled after payment but before substantial work has begun, we may issue a partial refund, minus any labor already completed and third-party tool fees or subscriptions paid on your behalf.
All unused funds held in escrow will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation, provided any completed deliverables or labor are itemized and deducted.
2. Subscription-Based Services
If you are enrolled in a monthly or recurring subscription plan, you may cancel anytime.
Upon cancellation, all future billings will stop immediately.
Any remaining subscription time will not be refunded, unless explicitly stated in the contract.
If a project is bundled with a subscription, assets, automations, and access may be revoked upon cancellation unless the client assumes ownership (via platform transfer or handoff). If the client refuses transfer, all services will be decommissioned and subscription access terminated.
3. Physical Products (If Applicable)
If you purchase physical products from Elite8AI (e.g., hardware, merch, or promotional kits), you may return them under the following conditions:
Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Must be in original, unused condition
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
Refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods
Exceptions apply to:
Custom-made or personalized goods
Opened software or hygiene-sensitive products
4. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be issued for:
Strategy consultations have already been conducted
Time spent on research, design, or configuration
AI model training, digital builds, or video content already delivered or in production
Third-party licenses, subscriptions, or ad spend costs already initiated
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are unhappy with any part of your service, we encourage open communication first. Please reach out to us at unlock@elite8ai.com to discuss concerns before initiating a dispute.
We aim to resolve all issues professionally and promptly. In the event of unresolved concerns, our contracts are governed by the laws of the state of Iowa.
